Lots of Exciting News from Skaidnīca!

Hello to all Skaidnīca customers and future customers!

It has been quite some time since our last post in the News section. That certainly doesn't mean we haven't had anything worth sharing—quite the opposite! The past few months have been incredibly busy. During this time, we have developed several new products, improved existing ones, and completed many exciting projects for our customers.

We are especially proud that the cooperation we began last year with representatives of the Canadian Armed Forces as part of the NATO mission in Latvia has continued this year.

As part of this collaboration, we produced commemorative plaques for soldiers of the Multinational Medical Unit rotation, as well as personalized appreciation awards recognizing outstanding service within the Canadian-led NATO Multinational Brigade in Latvia.

A special thank you goes to Colleen Grebstad for her trust and excellent cooperation. In our upcoming news posts, we will share some of these completed projects in more detail.

This year has also brought many new additions to our product range.

We have created several new award designs—from compact commemorative trophies to larger, more prestigious award concepts. At the same time, we are working on several new ideas that we hope to introduce later this year.

We have also redesigned our popular "Reserved" table signs. Since solid oak is the primary material we work with, we replaced birch plywood with solid oak combined with acrylic, creating a more elegant, durable, and premium product.

As part of continuously improving our product range, we will gradually discontinue products that have reached the end of their life cycle or are no longer in high demand, making room for new ideas and innovative designs.

We have recently partnered with a new material supplier, allowing us to offer custom-printed medal ribbons featuring your company logo, event branding, or custom graphics. This option is available for larger medal orders.

Looking ahead, we are preparing an entirely new product line that will offer even broader personalization possibilities. We are excited to introduce these new products during the second half of this year.

There is also good news for visitors to our online store. Customers can now create personal accounts, making it easier to view order history, save shipping information, and enjoy a faster checkout experience. As a welcome gift, every newly registered customer account automatically receives 10% off the first order.
